Top floor Rooftop for the perfect sunsets facing Funchal amphitheatre with sunbeds.
The middle terrace has comfortable armchairs to enjoy the unlimited seaviews.
On the ground floor by the pool and sea there is an alfresco dining area with sweeping ocean views, with seating for 6, weber barbecue, sofa and outdoor furniture. Everywhere you have amazing sea and Funchal port views.

PARKING – Private parking space onsite and outside on the street free of charge.

INTERNET – Fastest available on the Island & free, wireless.

Comfortable house with traditional architecture, fully equipped for short or long stays. Unlimited sea views, you can enjoy watching ships pass right in front of the house as the marina & Funchal port are just in front. 5 minute walk to La ao Fundo the nicest restaurant of the old town and also to the beach for a swim in the ocean. Calm place, with nice neighbours.

NOTE The house is a period property over a hundred years old set on three levels with stairs and is not suited for guests with mobility problems, Young children & vulnerable guests should also be supervised due to the stairs and seafront location. There are no safety gates around the pool.
